How do I retie the tassels?
Sometimes when you run your towels through the washer or drier the hand-tied tassels may come undone, don't freak out this is very typical of most Turkish towels. Below are a few steps to help you retie them like the pros.
- Separate the area that you are tying
- Split the untied tassels into 2 sections the same size
- Twist each section independently
- Twist the split sections together
- Tie an overhand knot on the tip
What are your return/exchange policies?
Your satisfication is our top priority, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a full refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping fees) when product is returned in its original condition within 30 days of purchase. We can ship to virtually any address in the world.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. Orders are processed in 1-3 business days before it is shipped. We do not process orders on weekends or holidays.
